Below is the information you will need to register your child for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.  To register, your child must be four years old by September 1, 2024.

 

Please fill out the Pre-Screening Form found below and send it to:  [email protected].

 

 

After she has received this form, Mrs. Garza will call you and make an appointment to fill out the rest of the GSRP forms.  At this meeting, please bring the following documents:

      

     -  a copy or photo of your child's birth certificate

     -  a copy or photo of the parent's state ID or driver's license

     -  a copy or photo of your 2021 W-2 form or 3 most recent check stubs.

     -   a copy or photo of three proofs of residency:

                      1.  Mortgage statement or rental agreement

                      2.  Utility, credit card, cable bill in your name

                      3.  Driver's license or state ID
